Keith Keen is an Independent Consultant specialising in policy and deployment issues of Intelligent Transport Systems and Services. Previous experience includes 17 years with the European Commission managing transport research & intelligent transport systems research and deployment.

She covers all modes and intermodal, freight, passenger and intelligent transport, Europe’s satellite navigation system (GALILEO), and transport security. She works across stakeholder groups and with the European Commission and United Nations.
Nigel Wall offers specialist knowledge of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) industry having been involved in ITS projects since 1990. Technical specialism includes mobile telecoms and location technologies. Current projects are supported by programme and project management and consultancy skills based on 30 years experience of conceiving and delivering new telecommunications and IT products, services and solutions leading a diverse range of projects within BT's R&D organisation.
