With a background of wide-ranging experience as a UK Government senior civil servant, I have been working since 2011 as an independent consultant focusing on policy development in the roads sector. I have particular expertise in the user dimension, stakeholder engagement, and the challenges of funding the road system for the longer term.
Ann Frye is an international specialist on the transport needs of disabled and older people. She advises public, commercial and professional bodies on policy solutions to meet mobility needs in all transport modes, and in the pedestrian environment.
Jennie led the UK association for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for twenty years until 2023. She now serves on a number of transport charity boards and specialises in public transport, transport equity and transport safety.
